A bilingual (Nepali/English) mobile + web platform that helps Nepali schools run daily attendance, academics, fees, and parent communication — built for low-cost, accountable, data-owned operation in government and community schools
Scholar Pro is an end-to-end school management platform built by Sironik Tech for schools and local governments in Nepal. It replaces scattered registers, spreadsheets, and paper notices with a single bilingual system that works on the phones staff and parents already own. The platform is multi-tenant: a municipality or ward can oversee many schools, while each school manages its own classes, staff, students, and parents under role-based access (jurisdiction admin, school admin, class admin, teacher, and parent). Teachers take period-by-period attendance — by hand, by scanning a printed OMR sheet on-device, or via QR — even when offline, with changes syncing automatically once a connection returns. Staff check in for their own attendance only when connected to their school's approved Wi-Fi, verified on-device without any GPS tracking. Administrators track attendance, exams and results, and fee collection in real time, and publish notices and messages that reach parents instantly through push notifications and an in-app feed. Everything is fully bilingual (Nepali/English) with Bikram Sambat and Gregorian calendars and Devanagari numerals, so it fits naturally into Nepali schools. Fees can be paid in-app through an integrated payment gateway, and profile photos and documents are stored securely in the cloud. The result is a transparent, parent-trusted system that gives schools full ownership of their data at a fraction of the cost of legacy school-ERP software — designed specifically for the realities of public-sector education in Nepal.
